he's a mutt. he's never traced his family lines, he has no idea.

drug runs. and runs a bar i suppose.

Any languages on the side? How’d they learn’em?
barely enough spanish to get by. a minimum of three years in highschool. he's forgotten most if not everything of it.

navy.

he enjoys snakes and most reptiles.
Favourite food?
mexican restaurant styled chips. tortilla chips.
How do they dress?
usually whatever's in his closet, but Gavin forces him to be fashionable at times.
What kind of music do they listen to, if any?
he typically just likes the noise of the city. but you'll hear some form of 80s rock blasting out of his room occasionally while he's getting something done. he also appreciates the beatles.
Do they have any hobbies?
working at the bar and sleeping. if sleeping could be considered a hobby. he loves sleeping to a major degree.
What are they really good at?
anything athletic, namely running and climbing and jumping typically.
And what do they just stink at?
lifting anything. drawing. singing. anything artistic.

THE GOOD TIMES, THE BAD TIMES
The good:
What is your character’s fondest memory?
spending time with his brothers right before Gavin (oldest brother) moved out of the house. he never got close to his dad, but liked his mother and the few times he met his dad, he was still pleased with him.
What makes them happy?
sleeping. no, seriously. that or having a smooth working day at the bar when no one passes out. a smooth day at the house when no one argues would be good too.
What does it take to make them smile?
a funny joke or someone failing at something.
What’s been the best period of their life to date?
right before they left their mother's home, mainly because everything was going fantastic despite the impending rush of independence gavin was going to have.
How would you really entertain this character or garner their interest?
strike up a conversation and not be shy. or talk about the beatles. whatever floats your boat.
What do they like about people?
the fact that people can be good-hearted despite what most people actually are, and willing to help others.
Is there anyone that they look up to? Who?
nope. he believes he can do things on his own. doesn't need a role model to motivate him.

The Bad:
What if your character’s most hated memory?
finding out his mother was in the hospital.
They got any repressed memories?
a serious fight gavin and him got into soon after they moved. they got into a fistfight and the twins pulled them apart. if you asked hayden about it now, he would deny it ever existed. that and every visit to his mother in the hospital; he doesn't want to remember that she's dying and they barely have the money to fix her.
What deeply bothers them?
people complaining all the time; he believes that if you have a problem, it should be kept out of public and more or less taken care of with friends or family, not strangers. he also reminds others, when they complain, that at least they're still alive and have food to eat. he's generally optimistic.
What would it take to break them?
his mother dying and his entire family losing all their jobs and essentially losing the house. he would quickly give up hope then.
What would it take for this character to dislike a person?
if said person was a brat, specially spoiled, or complained a lot.
Is there one person they hate in the world more than anyone?
not really, but his relationship with his oldest brother Gavin is 80% fighting and hate, 20% unconditional love somehow.

MAKING A LIVING
What does your character excel in: manual labour or mental labour?
Manual. he's smart, but not quite that smart.
Has this character ever had one of those shitty part-time jobs as a teen? Describe their plight!
YES. as a teenage, to gain spending money, he first worked with passing out newspapers in his neighborhood. when he had to do it in snow and rain, he threw a fit and gave up after nearly catching the flu from being out.
Do currently they have any legitimate jobs on the side?
yes, he's a bartender, and a pretty good one.
How do they feel about their part in organized crime?
he's always wanted to have action in his life, but discovering how real crime was, he now just looks at it as another job. he keeps it mostly on the down low and tells himself, although he has a bit of fun, that it's just for money and not much else.
How do they view authority? How do they react to it?
he believes you need to respect authority ocasionally. however, most of the time he just questions it or does what he wants. he's not one to follow the crowd.

CLASS CLOWNS AND MATHLETES
How did your character do in school?
pretty decently, Bs and Cs.
What was their favourite subject?
American History, he likes learning about the wars, especially WWI and WWII.
What subject did they hate the most?
chemistry. it all went over his head.
What could their classmates remember them by?
his numerous brothers and usually optimistic personality.
Were they popular or loners? Belong to any clique?
relatively popular. he belonged to the athlete clique, he played rugby.
Did they like school?
didn't mind it, but only went for friends.

MOMMY DIDN’T LOVE ME AND DADDY DIDN’T CARE
Who were your character’s primary caregivers?
his mother Julia, though his father Samuel visits ocasionally.
What were they like?
Samuel was bitter towards Julia, but loved his sons. he often bonded with them, and he was loaded, so he constantly brought gifts and spoiled them, despite the fact he was divorced. he's visit. he was still incredibly detached. Julia was very personal with all of her boys, and loves them all a whole bunch. she raised them well. showed discipline, but was never abusive. a good set of parents.
How did your character relate to them? Did they like them?
he loved his father for the gifts and his mother like an actual parent.
Siblings? What was their relationship like?
A LOT OF THEM. a grand total of five brothers.
Gavin (33) - oldest and most responsible, he's the one who spurred the family to move out of the house--or rather, just the boys. he's responsible and demands things his way, often stubborn, but incredibly mature. he doesn't talk much and seems rather stoic. he manages a bar in Victoria Avenue, but doesn't own it.
Aaron (31 and two minutes) - second oldest, twin of Christian. Gets amusement from picking on the others--wouldn't dare pick on Gavin, however. he's a cook and tends to overspend on food, often coming up with excuses why he needs said food. A waiter in a fancy restaurant.
Christian (31) - third oldest, twin of Aaron, naturally. The quieter of the two, he tends to stick to the sidelines, but pulls pranks often. Usually really minor. Has the best grades next to Gavin and enjoys to read; however, he loves booze to an incredibly high degree. at least he can hold his liquor well. Also a waiter in a fancy restaurant.
Joseph (28) - older then Hayden, so fourth oldest. He often hangs out with the twins, forming a little trio. Has quite the smoking addiction to go with Christian's booze. Has a soft spot for animals and typically tries to bring strays home before Gavin pushes them away. He gets annoyed when the house is a mess and is a bit compulsive; he usually tidies things up around the house, but doesn't clean it from floor to ceiling. Works as a secretary for a law office.
Jack (23) - youngest of the family. He only seems to talk to Gavin or Hayden mainly, and typically hangs around with Hayden. He goes out running often and typically hangs around outside, even sitting on the front steps of the house, as long as it isn't inside. currently holds no job and instead watches the house while everyone's at work while job-searching.

very good, he talks to everyone in his family, even his stepfather and stepmother, although he's resentful towards his stepmother.

family, he knows his brothers wouldn't betray him unless it was for his own good.

not planned as of yet.

he believes you go somewhere; he likes to imagine karma works in some form.

yes, he claims the house they bought is haunted because he's heard moaning in the attic in Jack's room.

he believes that there's some god up there, it might be one, it might be ten, but he believe there's something there.

yes.

partially; he believes every action has a reaction, but believes in luck and fate.

yes, there's true love, but never at first sight.

LOVE AND SEX

none at the moment.

straight and narrow, if anyone calls him gay, he denies it. and he says he isn't a fag.
How does your character view dating? How do they do it?
he views dating as a 'chill out' sort of affair or a fancy dinner. it depends on the girl.
Does your character have any kinks? Specific turn-ons?
he enjoys small girls. petite, small breasts, all of that. that doesn't mean younger, though. he isn't going after lolis.
How would you woo this character?
have some charm and not be entirely pessimistic.

nope, he's picky about his girls, and oftentimes too shy to talk to them.
What could you do to drive this character /out/ of bed?
a girl pulling out a dick or a guy suddenly having a vagina. he doesn't like traps.

he wouldn't mind cuddling after.

MORALITY, VALUES, AND MISCELLANEOUS SHIT
How does your character feel about killing?
if it's self defense, go for it. if it's for money, depends on the victim. if it's just cause, never.
Is suicide a crime?
half yes and half no. you're leaving family behind, but if you're mentally ill, it isn't your fault.
What about cheating? Divorce?
cheating is horrific, divorce is justified.
Is a lie justified if it makes somebody feel better or does some sort of good deed?
if a lie saves a life or a relationship, why not? lies aren't all bad to him.
Do they like animals more than people?
he's so-so on animals. Jospeh constantly brings them in, so he can't hate them.
Is there universal justice, or is it a fabrication? Is this character merciful?
he thinks almost everyone deserves a second chance.
How do they feel about the law? Cops?
laws are needed to keep the world intact. and naturally cops need to regulate them. he finds them a good challenge when he's breaking the law.
How do they make their decisions? Do they think about them or feel them out?
feel them out. go with the guy.
What does your character fear? Rhyme them off.
being alone without another soul, death, and spiders, oh my.

social support.

depends on the groups of people, but usually he enjoys both.

a little wasteful, but sometimes decently.

yes, he's pretty clean, he showers, but his room and surroundings are always a mess. he hates cleaning.

he has a great amount of confidence and typically trusts others.

no, he always attempts to bring himself into the right direction.

as more of a help then a hurt; they can get things done.
